Blue Bay Lodge also offers three conference venues. The Lodge Conference Room has a breathtaking view over the bay of Saldanha. In addition to this conference room, there are also two other conference rooms that are build around a swimming pool. All the conference rooms are equipped with basic conference equipment, like chairs, tables, data projectors, screens and flip charts. As part of the conference package we also provide pens, stationary (writing pad), mineral water and sweets. The Lodge Conference Room has also permanently fixed audio/visual equipment like surround sound, TV and DVD player. Wireless Internet is also available.

Fully equipped self-catering cottages and/or 3 Star Hotel rooms / Suites with en-suite bathrooms, can accommodate delegates who require overnight facilities. For your convenience you may choose from bed and breakfast facilities to buffets and a la carte menu.

For groups of 15 people and less the daily rate is R 120.00 per person per day and for groups larger than 15 people the daily rate is R 1 800.00. The conference rate includes tables, chairs, conference equipment (like data projectors, screens, flip charts, pens, stationary and a proxima), stationary, mineral water and sweets. The main conference rooms in the Lodge also has a DVD player and surround sound. Wireless Internet is also available.

For Conference Rooms 2 And 3 An Additional Venue Fee (To The R 1 800.00) Of R 500.00 Per Room Will Be Charged.
