Puglian (South Italy) born Davide Ostuni has made a career in food.

With 40 years experienced alongside his wife, they have been owners of restaurants in Italy and England , manufacturers and importers of Italian foods for supermarkets, and the current owner-producers of Puglia cheese, an award winning Italian cheese factory in South Africa alongside their brain child Osteria Cheesebar.

Quality and healthy food isn’t just a passion and basic need for Davide and Ursula, but a right of every human being, says Ursula. The couple delight in sharing their love for food through food courses, online demonstrations and appearances at food shows and weddings.
