“The Berrio” Sauvignon Blanc, a fragrance of pure white grapefruit, intense tropical fruit, whereby the palate is showing cut green apples and lime marmalade followed by great minerality and length.
This prestine white was selected as it seamlessly matches the palate of seafood and pasta lovers, because of its excellent versatility with the selected “Spaghetti Mari E Monti” dish, which is prepared with calamari, prawns, mussels and mushroom with garlic and chilli. More so, the dish is flambéed with white wine in a Napoletana creamy sauce.
