On our Second Floor we offer the Restaurant at VILLA 47
, our boutique fusion dining experience. Curated dishes meet flavour experiments in this chic, contemporary and warmly lit environment. Lush, contemporary interiors, coupled with an open plan, barbeque-fitted kitchen and an incomparable menu by Head Chef Clayton Bell make Restaurant a sophisticated and rich culinary voyage.
The menu is what we like to call 'boutique fusion dining'. Expect experimental Asian flavours of ash and smoke from the open flame grill, luxury ingredients from Wagyu beef to Black Cod, as well as beautifully curated flavour combination concepts.
As with our previous two floors, Locanda and Stuzzico, the Restaurant was designed by Inhouse Brand Architects
and features striking rose gold mirrors, low hanging locally made ceramic lamps that dangle from exposed rafters, a wall-to-wall fireplace for winter, a glass skylight and an open plan, state of the art kitchen. The concept is warm, luxurious and inviting, whilst allowing for visual interaction with the kitchen and surrounds.
Take Nelson Mandela Boulevard all the way into the foreshore past the CTICC, go straight onto Buitengracht Street, turn left into Riebeek, right onto Bree and Villa 47 is on the left.
