With a renewed look in Makaron restaurant, made possible by the talented Etienne Hannekom's designs and the owners passion and belief in authentic, true and elegant food, which the kitchen team translates with creativity in their dishes.
Our kitchen team’s culinary efforts are sure to delight your palate with a choice of à la carte or floating menus at the MLounge and pool. Our focus at Makaron is to provide for our guests mouth-watering food in an elegant and comfortable environment.
Breakfast offers a continental buffet with an affinity for homemade dishes. Lunch consists of A la Carte menu or a Floating Menu which may be enjoyed by the poolside or in the MLounge.
