The Galaxy Grill is a popular Gauteng restaurant chain established in 2012. Since then it has grown exponentially in popularity and there are a number of Galaxy Grill venues dotted around Gauteng and the Eastern Cape. The Greenacres branch sticks with the brand identity in providing exceptional food in a modern and sophisticated environment.
As the name suggests, you are promised a hearty, meaty dish at the Galaxy Grill – if that’s what you desire. While the most highly recommended dish is the peppadew, feta and jalapeño steak, you can’t go wrong with the Norwegian salmon either. If you come on one of the carvery-themed nights, you will be treated to a buffet – Italian on Tuesdays, rib and chicken on Wednesdays and seafood on Thursdays. Kids can tuck in too or select more modest items from the special children’s menu.
The Galaxy Grill also offers a tasty array of burgers and signature dishes. As with the other branches, the Greenacres branch provides a combination of fine-dining and family –orientated cooking in a chic, modern environment. Exposed brick walls combine well with the exposed ceilings and air vents to create a modern, industrial feel which is warm and comfortable none-the-less. Cosy booths are perfect for an intimate family dinner, which will go especially smoothly if you sample some of the delights on the extensive wine list.
