Copa Cabana Café opened their doors in November 2016 and is run by owners Jimmy and Marcia. This up and coming hot spot is located in the heart of Cape Town CBD, on the corner of Long and Bloem Street. Jimmy and Marcia’s vision for Copacabana Café is to provide delicious food for the entire day ranging from breakfast to dinner and even a midnight snack!
One special thing about Copacabana Café is that its open until 2am daily, and so is the kitchen! Everything is freshly made for all palates at any time of the day. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the owners are very hands on too, with their friendly staff, it makes a good combination.
The interior of Copacabana Café is very cosy with an exposed brick bar and serving area, there is also lovely exposed brickwork on feature walls. Outside seating is available and bar stools next to the window, for those looking to take in the outdoors without being there, very comfortable bench seats as well as wooden chairs and tables cover the seating area. There are also couches and a coffee making table available and the colour schemes are earthy and lime.
Delicious options are on offer at Copacabana Café such as the Copacabana House salad, Beef Penne, Boomerang Cheeseburger, chicken wings and the scrumptious St Louis Style ribs! End off your meal with something sweet such as the house favourite – The Banana Split
