has always been a dream of Executive Chef Brett Ladds.
Executive Chef Brett Ladds was the chef to late President Nelson Mandela and had the privilege of living with the president for two years. The Chef catered in the 1994 Inauguration of President Mandela and continued to plan and run the Inauguration of President Mbeki. He ran the Presidential Guest House and had the honour of working with and catering for presidents, royalty and celebrities such as The Queen of England, Tony Blair, Pavarotti and Michael Jackson to name a few.
After partnering two catering companies and a wedding venue Chef Brett chose to follow his dream of being able to chef for a cliental that would love his food and his experience daily, so Chefs @ 566 was born. Together with his partners Steven Aspeling, an internationally recognized DJ with the ability organize hugely successful events and themed parties and Tracey Ladds, with her expert knowledge in décor, laser cutting and an artistic eye, have managed to put together a stunning shop that offers a unique dining experience.

Chefs @ 566 has an amazing team which has worked together with Chef Brett for several years as a family to cater for anywhere between 25000 people down to the couple that comes for a romantic dinner. Chefs @ 566 been able to create a large returning cliental as their clients become friends and word of mouth, the best marketing.
