Situated in Sandton Square, at the entrance of the Michelangelo hotel, Bukhara opened its first restaurant in Gauteng. With stylish interiors, Bukhara is a popular choice for all discerning diners in the area.
Its menu is the same as its Western Province's counterparts with the addition of some new dishes as well as their award winning wine list.
Bukhara invites you to enjoy great Indian food in plush yet vibey, busy atmospheres.
All the restaurants have the signature open kitchens, which allows you to watch the North Indian chefs in action, creating succulent tandooris and aromatic curries.
The menu is mostly North Indian, however regional cuisine is available at the different branches. Some specialised South Indian dishes, Kashmiri barbeques, tawa dishes, dumpukt and typical South African meats such as ostrich and game including springbok and kudu.
Favourites like the butter chicken and tandoori lamb chops always feature on the menu, alongside the award winning wine list.
Awarded with Superbrands Gold Seal, South Africa 2005.
