The menu has a delicious choice of poultry, meat and vegetarian dishes, as well as a mouth-watering sushi and Teppanyaki selection freshly made by our specialty chefs.
A variety of starters, from the steamed mussel pot to the spicy langoustine bisque are on offer. For mains, enjoy succulent duck breast marinated in orange juice, thyme and garlic, tender fillet béarnaise, island style chicken and prawn curry or try our extensive seafood selection from grilled line fish, Cajun seared Tuna, grilled prawns or go for the pièce de résistance of the menu the Crayfish Thermidor with oyster and button, mushrooms, miso paste, parmesan cheese and a potato and spring onion salad tossed in olive oil. Aqua is SASSI compliant and supports sustainable seafood.
