310 invites you to come and enjoy a gastronomic experience like no other. When you first enter 310 Sustainable Eatery, you will be welcomed into a modern yet rustic and earthy environment which compliments our sustainable, fresh and seasonal approach to our menu.

Here at 310, our menu is inspired by simple, fresh ingredients that are seasonal and sustainable. We make sure that we source only the highest quality product from local farmers and suppliers, into our kitchen and onto your plate, so that we not only please you, our guest, but our community as well.

We want you to feel at home which is why we invite you to visit our kitchen and speak to our waiters who will tell you more about the preparation of our food and where it is sourced from. We have a large selection of some of the tastiest local lagers and ales for you to choose from, as well as the Dragon Fiery Ginger Beer and Aces Lager on tap! Come and work your way through our menu and tell us which is your favourite.

The meat we provide comes from locally selected farmers who have been farming for many years. They understand that the best meals come from the happiest animals. If the meat is not in line with our principles, we don't stock it. We work hand in hand with our suppliers to give you the best sustainably sourced beef in Johannesburg.

The beef story doesn't just end there though. Our chef loves our beef until it is laid on your plate. Which is why we make sure to cook our beef perfectly to your choosing, at the perfect temperature of 310°C, this is the perfect temperature to cook beef at, which is also, as you may have guessed, where the 310 name is derived from. Perfect beef and perfect preparation for your perfect plate!

Come and say cheers with us over one of our Craft beers or sip on one of our specially selected local wines.

We look forward to having you at our table.
