Raw fish - 300 grams on menu but received the equivalent to 50 grams. Still charged the same.
Burnt pot stickers
Waiting for one person’s food after everyone else received theirs
Bony hake (supposed to be fillet)
One couple with us received their food 20 minutes after we were done eating.
I don’t know but I’d call that horrible service
We were taking off the belt but I was sad to see that the options of sushi on the belt that did NOT have some form of tuna in were a bit slim (I'm allergic to tuna). I asked the waitress if I could order a deep-fried roll, only to have her point at one on the belt and say 'that's one'. I asked her if there was tuna inside and she couldn't tell me, so promptly gave it to the sushi chef who then proceeded to cut it open in front of me to check. He then saw it was salmon and tried to put it in front of me but I naturally wasn't that keen and said I actually wanted a crab deep-fried roll so asked could I order that instead? They said sure and then put the roll they'd cut up and tried to put in front of me, back on the belt. The waitress also seemed not to understand that I was allergic to tuna which is always a bit frightening in a restaurant and allergy situation. I'd suggest only using this joint as a takeout place.
