DW Eleven-13 is always striving to offer the most sustainable and fresh produce using the best methods of cooking, such as; sous vide, roasting, braising, smoking and curing just to name a few. All menu items are made on site. The tasting menu is a chance to experience the entire menu of DW Eleven-13 in one sitting.
Wine and Food Pairing
The tasting menu is only available to the whole table. Table numbers no larger than 8 per table. Orders only taken until 13:30 for lunch and 20:30 for dinner. Chef Marthinus would like for you to experience the tasting menu the way in which he has prepared it.The tasting menu includes all local still and sparkling water, teas and coffee. Gratuity is not included.
