Executive Chef for Tabu, George Foley, recently spoke to Home, Food and Travel about the inspiration behind the new menu. “We always deliver what people want and what we think they want. So, with this new menu, we are moving away from the fine dining, where you have small portions of food for high prices, and just want to give our guests a wholesome, good valued meal,” described Chef Foley.

He said that the new menu features many great dishes - from starter to main to dessert.
“There are quite a few dishes to look forward to for the launch. I think one of my personal favourites is the Lamb Rack - the design, portion size and the way the Chefs have put it all together is just great. Another favourite to look forward to is the Norwegian Salmon,” Foley explained.
“All our dishes are fresh, and earthy, because that is the flavour we are going for with this new menu.” said Chef Foley. The new menu will be launched on 7 March at the Tabu Grill in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth. Taste the world and savour home!
