Eva de Jesus has been appointed as the highly esteemed and internationally experienced executive head chef. She has proven herself when it comes todeveloping menus, setting up kitchen procedures and training staff, including front of house product knowledge.
Besides her natural talent as a chef, Eva is very skilled at upholding high quality standards, liaising with suppliers, guests and media. She is excited by the combination of tastes in the Portuguese style of cooking. Her passion for Portuguese flavours is evident and she uses an authentic method of preparing Portuguese food. All her ingredients are sourced in order to ensure that stocks and sauces are made from scratch.
