Saffron will take you on an exotic journey through India captivating you in its foreign and mysterious selection of authentic North Indian foods. Not only offering a fantastic selection of mouth-watering dishes, but an entire Indian experience.
From the moment you step through the doors, you are transported. Smells of spices and incense greet you, while your eyes dance from one exotic artwork to another and Indian music and images flash before you on a big screen TV.

Unusual yellow lights run along the walls and together with mixtures of mahogany and lightwood in the furniture, create a warm and soothing atmosphere.
There is a fully licensed bar as well as outside seating on the patio with the option of smoking or non smoking dining.
The name, which is taken from a spice produced from an autumn flowering plant, captures the essence of North Indian cuisine, where all dishes are herbed and spiced to perfection to create a harmony of flavours.

The varied menu consists of traditional and authentic Indian dishes ranging from Curries, Biryanis, Vindaloo, Madras, Kormas, traditional breads and many more. The choice is impressive. One of the Chef’s favourites is Tandoori Chicken, marinated overnight in traditional spices and gradually cooked in a Tandoori oven.
You don’t have to leave empty-handed, there is a beautiful array of Indian spices and specialities on display to be bought, and we also offer an excellent take-away service. A journey through India, its unique cuisine and its remarkable culture, represent the legacies of India as a land of incredible contrasts.
