Mondays to Wednesdays: A three course Bistro menu will be served for lunch and dinner.
Thursdays to Sundays: Bistro Allegro will be open for lunch and dinner for hotel residents and outside guests when the full Bistro a la carte menu and set menu will be offered.

Under the hand of Executive Chef, Roland Gorgosilich, guests are assured of classic cuisine infused with modern imagination and innovation.
The Wine List, won the 2010 Diners Club Winelist of the Year and has annually been awarded with the Diners Club Diamond Award.
A beautiful terrace overlooking the manor house rose garden, the Paarl Wine Valley and the spectacular Drakenstein Mountain Range is the place to enjoy dinner, weather permitting. For dinner, one can choose from a three, four or five course menu with items also being offered on an a la carte basis.
From March to November, a special Culinary Innovations Programme is presented with well-known authors and wine makers hosting the evenings. Bosman's international team of chefs, restaurant staff and sommeliers offer a memorable dining experience.

Bistro Allegro enjoys a more casual atmosphere to go with the more casual choice of menu. The bistro fare offers lighter variations and also caters to savoury and sweet tastes with salad dishes, seafood, pasta, hot and cold main dishes, delicious desserts and cakes, ice creams and cheese platters. The wine list offers a selection of first and second label wines, half bottles and wine by the glass. The bistro seats 18 people inside with tables and chairs around the pool for the sunny days.
Bistro Allegro is open seven days a week from 11:30 until the last guests leave.

Take the N1 from Cape Town to Paarl.
Take Exit 55 off the N1. At the bottom of the off-ramp, turn left into Main Street. Continue for two kilometres and go through two sets of three-way trafficlights. The fourth street left after the second set of trafficlights is Plantasie Street. Turn left into Plantasie Street and at the top you will drive directly into the Grande Roche Hotel and Bosman's Restaurant.
