This exquisite new eatery, located in the heart of Midrand, is set to become the ‘talk of the town’. The theatre-styled kitchen produces a 7-course menu that will take your taste buds on a journey of enlightenment.

Executive Chef, Mitch Clark, has worked in the kitchens of world renowned chefs and has cooked for some of the most discerning guests. Mitch, supported by his Pastry Chef James, has food-pairing down to a fine art. The ambiance is enhanced by subdued lighting, unobtrusive background music, and the sound of the many cascading water features.

The Blue Feather bistro menu caters for more informal lunches and dinners to be enjoyed on the deck. Besides being a more casual meeting place for cool sundowners, it is ideal for private or corporate functions, as well as team-building experiences such as pizza building, group paellas, and individual stir fries. The bistro has a large ‘boma'-styled fire pit area with a huge paella pan and 20 individual woks. It also features an outdoor gas braai, spit braai, and pizza oven.
