Situated on the La Vierge wine estate in the stunning Hemel en Aarde Valley, the restaurant overlooks the picturesque valley with its vineyards and farmlands, as well as the Atlantic Ocean.

Executive chef, Helen Butler philosophy is simple, you are only as good as your last meal. He works with three simple rules: Precision, Consistency and Restraint. They have a great team which is young, dynamic and flexible. Helen sees them going all the way to becoming a culinary force to be reckoned with. They keep everything simple and fresh, focusing on flavour, colour and texture. The bread is baked fresh everyday and they make use of as much local produce as possible in order to promote the valley.
Chef Helen has now changed our concept to cater to the local market in our new and exciting menu that will be surely welcomed by all our clients.
