Located on the edge of the cliffs overlooking The Old Harbour and Walker Bay, Fusion offers an exiting dining experience in a setting which has been described as the best land based whale watching spot in the world.
Fusion Cafe is a family owned business and is not part of any franchise or group. True to the meaning of the word FUSION (blending of different styles and tastes) all our servings reflect initiative and flair in combining different tastes, flavours, colour, presentation and service to ensure that our customers have a memorable experience at Fusion.

Our menu caters for breakfast, lunch, snack time and dinner. Signature dishes for starters include for example chicken livers in a rich pecorino cream sauce, fried calamari strips spiced with sea salt and Cajun, or sweet and innocent salad, which is honey and cinnamon glazed pumpkin with grilled Halloumi cheese and picked lettuce coated in herb oil.
From the meat section we are known for our lamb or chicken curry, fillet medallions with a black pepper brandy cream sauce and our speciality burger, which is our original beef patty, topped with Proscuito ham, Brie and fig chutney served on a ciabatta. If you prefer something from the sea, we can recommend our fresh black mussels steamed in white wine and fresh herbs tossed with lemon and herb crème fraiche served with a home baked garlic loaf or hake and calamari combo.

If you just want to soak in the sun and enjoy the scenery whilst tasting some of our local wines, local or imported beers or just a soft drink and nibbling on something light, you can always try our barbeque finger snacks which are chicken sate and beef kebabs with a peanut and home basting dip served on your own mini barbeque fire.
Fusion is a fully licensed restaurant that is wheelchair friendly and has an enclosed smoking section
