Every item on the menu is accompanied by a smile from the staff - a smile put there by genuine heart felt friendliness and not plastic surgery. Paranga manages to combine maturity of fine food effortlessly with the unashamed exuberance of youthful in your face attitude. Simply put, it’s got both culinary grace and gusto. Paranga’s multilevel layout offers unrivalled views of the ocean and the thoughtful design allows patrons kick off their sandals and sip cocktails on the sun splashed terrace or don their finest and romance the night away in the elegant and intimate back booths. The natural, sandy colours of the interior contrast spectacularly with the bright hues of hand blown vases and candle holders, but ultimately it is the personalities and character of the cosmopolitan crowd that add the real colour.
