The best position in Durban is right on the yacht mole in the Yacht Basin. This is where you will find The New Café Fish in a tranquil setting where the city meets the sea. By day, bask in the sunlight on the deck, sipping a cocktail from the extensive cocktail menu and observing the activities of the yachts all around you. By night, the lights of the city reflect in the waters of the bay to enchant and inspire the romantic.

The menu has remained true to its initial base of fish and seafood but has not been afraid to develop in new directions.
The main course features fresh fish of the day, grilled or Cajun Style. If you are still there at 14:00 you will see the catch unloaded from a boat right at the kitchen door!

The décor is light and airy, with the floor to ceiling glass making the most of the views. Service is cheerful and efficient. The New Café Fish also arranges boat trips with catering on board ranging from light snacks to full meals.
