Our menu changes with the seasons and includes a number of themes: the vegetable garden, the sea, the farm, the veld, the fynbos. From the mountains to the sea - our colourful dishes reflect local flavours which are basic and strong, but also sweet tastes, sun drenched, heavy and rich, smelling of the earth. Flavours are predominant in our dishes hence the lack of creamy sauces and the liberal use of jus in our preparation. The menu is detailed to let you envisage and pre-taste the dishes
