Our menu changes with the season and includes a number of themes: the vegetable garden, the sea, the veld and the fynbos. From mountains to the sea – our colourful dishes reflect local flavours: sweet, sun drenched, earthy, rich in taste and aroma. These flavours are predominant in our dishes hence the lack of creamy sauces and liberal use of jus in our preparation. The menu is detailed to let you envisage and pre-taste the dishes.
