An integral part of the Tradewinds Restaurant is the Lotus Teppanyaki and Sushi bar with its own Sushi master, Yu Guiling, known as "Sharon". Sharon comes from China Beijing were she mastered the art of Sushi.

The Lotus offers all types of Sushi from the basic Nigiri and Maki to California hand-rolls filled with different types of fish, vegetables and rice. Come join Sharon in action at our Sushi School that happens every Friday evening. Sushi School is a popular team building exercise.
