We offers traditional and contemporary Korean cuisines including Soups, Stews, Seafood, Shabu Shabu, Korean BBQ, Noodles and Vegetarian Dishes.

Similar to most other Asian countries the main food is rice which makes up most of the Korean staple diet. Additionally the Korean short grain rice, also known as sticky rice, makes up their staple diet, similar to Japanese rice. Rice is present in every Korean meal together with kimchi, a typical Korean food eaten all the time with rice, by itself or with soups.

Korean kimchi is made using cabbage, however other types of vegetables can be used such as cucumber, radish or bean sprouts, fermented with chilly garlic and other spices. Kimchi is supposedly extremely good for the health because it is rich in vitamins and Lactobacilli. .

Korean cuisine involves the use a lot of garlic , a lot of red chillies, spices such as ginger, doenjang (fermented soy paste), soy sauce and gochujang (red chilli paste). The cooking oil normally used by Koreans is sesame oil. Korean cuisine includes recipes with meat, fish, vegetables, noodles and tofu. Altogether Korean cuisine is very healthy.
