Costa Hadjicosta, his wife Stalla and partner Nico Perdikes have pioneered the seafood industry in the Nelspruit area since 1998 and were the first family restaurant to introduce sushi to the Lowveld. Voted the winners in the recent Best of Nelspruit awards, they boast an incredible menu of mouth-watering seafood dishes as well as an impressive selection of halaal meat and chicken for those with a carnivorous pallet.
The restaurant uses only the freshest and highest quality ingredients available to ensure the very best experience whilst simultaneously promoting healthy eating. Cyprus born Costa says he has a gift for seafood preparation and a natural skill for preparing fish. Customers get value for money and the quality and freshness of the dishes is discernible in the taste.
Costa encourages customers to share different meals and platters – to enjoy their food. He describes the Mediterranean philosophy as feasting rather than dining.
Whilst the concept is clearly from its sister restaurant in Riverside Mall, the restaurant at I’langa Mall has been given a new fresh twist. The tall glass concertina doors lead customers from the “sidewalk” into the stylish foyer. Pebble murals form an intricate artistic pattern that overlooks the sushi counter where the granite tops create a luxury dining experience.
Both restaurants have an outstanding selection of specials at amazing prices.
