Ghillies is based in the heart of Plettenberg Bay with great views looking over the ocean and the main street. Sliding doors open onto a large deck area with Peroni chairs. Ghillies Cafe Peroni has a great atmosphere with white leather seating and an open kitchen that is run by Chef Des.

Owner Renee is hands on with all aspects of the business and most of the staff have been with the restaurant for more than two years.

Some of the favourite dishes includes Ghillies Garlicky Mussels in a herb garlic butter with toasted pita bread for dunking for a light lunch. While dinner patrons can enjoy a variety of steaks like the Rump and Fillet Steak or the Seafood Platter for two with 8 Prawns, line fish, calamari, mussels and served with rice or chips and sauce.
End off your meal with a traditional Bread and Butter Pudding served with cream.
