Our tasting menu is a sequence of designed dishes, in slightly smaller portions than the four course menu. The menu comes with an optional wine pairing highlighting how the combination of food and wine not only compliment but even uplift one another. This menu is to be taken by the whole table. Estate Experience Menu
The idea behind the Estate Experience Menu was conceived on a warm and magical summer evening on the restaurant’s patio, overlooking the vineyards of Rust en Vrede. The Estate was looking it’s best, and we were all very pleased with the turnout of the service; from food and wine to ambiance and service flow. It was one of those “perfect” evenings. The question that came up was; how could we make it even better?Our answer: to tailor a complete dining experience. A unique creation for that day, for you, that cannot be re-created in its entirety because of the limited quantities of special produce used for the food and the scarcity of the wines selected.The Estate Experience Menu is a gastronomic journey of ten courses for which we require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order for preparations to be made. Since the format is that of a surprise menu, we would like to thank you for your trust in us and will repay it by doing our utmost to create a fantastic evening for you.To be enjoyed by the whole table, pre-booking required, gratuity included
