From Muizenberg, follow the Simon van der Stel (M3) freeway and take the Tokai off-ramp. Turn left into Tokai Road and follow to the end. Drive around the circle and turn right. Follow Orpen Road which becomes Spaanschemat River Road. Follow to the Constantia Village Centre and then turn left into Constantia Main Road. Follow to the High Constntia Centre which will be on your left. From Cape Town, turn into Ladies Mile from the M3 freeway and turn left. At the third set of robots turn right into Spaanschemat River Road. Follow to the Constantia Village Centre and then turn left into Constantia Main Road. Follow to the High Constntia Centre which will be on your left.
